Shipping and Handling Policy


1. What is the minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping?
Luxsear Décors offers free delivery for all orders globally. No minimum spend required.

2. How long will my order take to get to me?
We use a combination of global couriers, Australia Post, USPS to ensure your orders are delivered in 13-18 days.

Average delivery times are between 13-18 days from the date of the order being shipped.

Note: orders only dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday.

3. P.O Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect
We can deliver to any of these parcel collection services.

4. How do I track my order?

Our automated email system will provide you with a link to our universal tracking page. You can track your package using Australia Post, USPS and any local services.

5. Who do you use for deliveries?
The vast majority of our deliveries are fulfilled by either Global Carriers and Australia Post.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Luxsear Décors ships globally. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

7. Where do you ship from? We ship from India, Morocco, China and Vietnam, Russia and the United States.

Handling time:

Order verification, tailoring, quality check, packaging and courier pickup. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and Postal Services in India, China, Vietnam & Hong Kong process the orders, which takes 5 days.

Shipping time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 13–18 business days.
