The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Handling time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, packaging and courier pickup. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and Postal Services in India, China, Vietnam & Hong Kong process the orders, which takes 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–17 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Festive Season: During holiday season please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery due to high demand.
Non Festival Days Shipping:
8 – 13 days within US, Canada and Australia & any developed countries.
UK 28-35 days.
East Europe & Scandinavian 20-30 days.
India & Brazil: 20-30 days.
You will receive a tracking number within the first 3 days of ordering. Tracking will work after 5 days.
